The Nettuno baseball organization that will be taking part in the Italian Baseball League (IBL) in 2014, begins to come to light, but with a different attitude.
The organization has just confirmed pitchers Rodney Rodriguez, Lorenzo, and shortstop Josè Miguel Lorenzo. Rodriguez (left-handed pitcher ‘82) already has 2 seasons under his belt in the IBL (Godo 2011 and San Marino 2012), while this will be both Lorenzo’s and Rodriguez’s first time in the league. Lorenzo (born in ’86, A-Ball with the Blue Jays in 2013) is considered a power pitcher with a ball that travels upwards of 93 on the gun. As for the rest of the bunch, well its going to be a transitional year for the club that lost many pieces off of last year’s playoff roster.
