Men’s fastpitch softball league kicks off in Italy

ROME--A newly established men’s fastball softball league in Italy has added more athletes to the baseball and softball movement in Italy. The Central Italy Amateur League debuted with the successful organization of the opening set of series. 

The six-team league will hold much of its official competition on Sundays, as regulation conforming fields are fully booked on Saturdays, due to the various women’s softball leagues official competitions.
