It’s expected to be an intense Saturday in the ISL (Italian Softball League) with quite a few teams still in contention for the playoffs. In Division A look for both Bollate and Staranzano to fight it out for the second spot, while in Division B all eyes will be on the two game set between Fiorini Forlí and Specchiasol Bussolengo.
In Division A Bollate will play host to the Stars of Staranzano, today the 24th of May. Game one will get underway at 18:00, while game two is scheduled to start at 20:30. In La Loggia Rhibo Softball will look to pad their lead on the rest of the division when they take on the Banco di Sardegna Nuoro at 18:00 and 20:30. Lastly in the division Legnano will be going up against the Caronno Rheavendors, which should be a great double dip, as both teams still have a chance at climbing back in the playoff race.
In Division B the big match of the week will take place between Bussolengo and Forlí, in Forlí. Bussolegno comes into this two game set with a perfect 12 and 0 record, and 3 up on Forlí for that top spot in the division. Game one will get underway at 16:00 and game 2 at 20:30. Elsewhere in Division A, Collecchio will look to take two from Taurus Parma, in Collecchio, with game one to get underway at 18:00 and game 2 at 20:30. Finally two of the bottom dwellers will go at it in Caserta, as the 4 and 5 Caserta club will face off with the 0 and 11 Dino Bigioni Unione Fermana.
