In Bologna Marco Sabbatani (catcher), and Alessandro Vaglio (second base), received their 2013 Gold Gloves. In San Marino Giovanni Pataleoni (third base), Carlos Duran (center field), Lorenzo Avagnina (left field), and Paul Macaluso (right field) all received their Gold Gloves. In Padova Erik Epifano (shortstop) received his award, with the remaining awards to be given out this upcoming weekend (Roberto Corradini – pitcher and Claudio Biagini first base).
In the ISL the Gold Glove awards will be given out at the ‘Torneo of the Repubblica’ that begins on the 30th of June. Receiving the honors are: Lindsey Beisser (pitcher), Elisa Cecchetti (catcher), Elisa Grifagno (second base), Giulia Longhi (third base), Claire Warwick (shortstop), Irene Barone (outfield), Andrea Montanari (outfield), Ambra Collina (first base) e Anna Giulia Mancini (outfield).
