A new adventure begins for young baseball players of the categories ‘Cadetti’ (born between the 1st of January 1999 and 31 December 2001,13-14-15 years), and ‘Ragazzi’ (born between the 1st of January 2002 and 31 December 2004, 10-11-12 years) over the next couple of weeks. The youth tryouts at both the ‘Cadetti’ and ‘Ragazzi’ levels have been organized by Lucio Taschin, together with the rest of his staff, with all the events scheduled to kick off this upcoming Monday, the 21st of April, and come to a conclusion on the 5 of May. Over 60 youth athletes have been selected to participate in the event, with 3 coaches being assigned to each of the two categories at each participating site. The technical staff involved with the project are as follows: Davide Sartini, Silvio Balducci, Marco Bortolotti, Cristiano Maschini, Ivano Licciardi, Alberto Massini, Giuseppe Mele, Raffaele Gentili, Antonio Maggio, Nino Russo, Stefan Di Primio, Riccardo Messina, Fernando Ricci, Alessandro Rosa Colombo, Cristian Tosini, Claudio Carsaniga, Alessandro Flisi, Francesco Alffi, Marco Masiero, Gianni Marinig, Paolo Minozzi, Andrea Tulli, Fabio Sampaolo, Walter Angioi On April the 21st the ‘Ragazzi’ category will hit the field in Rivabella di Rimini. On the 22nd the tryouts will continue in Apuzzo di Lucca. On the 25th of April the tryouts will move down to Rome, on the 28th three different fields will be in use: San Martino Buon Albergo, San Bonifacio, as well as Potenza Picena (Macerata). On the May the 1st the events will once again move down south to Foggia, while on the final day of the tryouts the fields in Legnano, Senago and Grosseto will be used.
