Team Italy U18 softball squad meets in Bollate and Saronno on April 10-11, 2023

Team Italy U18 softball manager Andrea Longagnani has summoned 17 players to the diamonds of Bollate and Saronno on April 10-11, 2023

The Team Italy U18 softball squad begins its new season with workouts in Bollate and Saronno on April 10-11, 2023. Team Italy U18 manager Andrea Longagnani leads the softball squad for its first day of training on April 10, 2023 at 10:00 am on the Bollate diamond before moving the next day to Saronno for a morning workout and an afternoon exhibition game.

The Italians will prepare for the U18 European Softball Championship in Prague, Czech Republic from July 30 to August 5, 2023. The Czechs defeated Team Italy 6-3 in the 2021 U18 European Softball Championship final to win the gold medal.

In addition to the two top teams, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Great Britain, Belgium, Denmark, Israel, Greece, Slovakia, Switzerland, Hungary, and Lithuania will compete in the 2023 Euros, which serve as the gateway to the next U18 Softball World Cup.
