Team Italy roster disclosed for Softball World Cup Group Stage C in Castions di Strada and Buttrio

Team Italy manager Federico Pizzolini brings the same 16 players who recently captured the Canada Cup Bronze Medal at Softball City in Surrey, BC to the Softball World Cup Group Stage C competition in Castions di Strada and Buttrio (Friuli Venezia-Giulia), Italy from July 22-26. 2023
After a third-place finish at the Canada Cup in Surrey, British Columbia, Team Italy plays exhibition games against University of Alabama on the diamond of Ronchi dei Legionari on July 19 and 20, 2023 in preparation for the Softball World Cup Group Stage C in Castions di Strada and Buttrio, Italy from July 22-26, 2023.
Facing the Crimson Tide of the University of Alabama,Team Italy invites all softball fans to attend the free exhibition games at the Ronchi dei Legionari softball field beginning on July 19, 2023 at 4 pm for a doubleheader followed by a 10-inning contest on July 20, 2023 at 3 pm.

The Softball World Cup Group Stage C competition takes place in Buttrio and Castions di Strada in Friuli Venezia-Giulia from July 22-26, 2023.
