The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) has announced the dates and groups for the U18 Women's Softball World Cup Group Stage as well as the venue for the 2025 U18 Women's Softball World Cup FInals in Dallas, Texas
A total of 18 teams will be separated into three groups of six: Group A in Sao Paulo, Brazil taking place from July 23-27, 2024; Group B in Pingtan, China from August 14-18, 2023; and Group C in Dallas, Texas from August 29-September 2, 2024. Of the eighteen teams, thirteen are already known with the remaining five coming out of the Americas Qualifier in Monteria, Colombia from March 30-April 6, 2024.
Team Italy, Kingdom of the Netherlands, Japan, Group B host China and two representatives from the Americas Qualifier will compete at Pingtan Softball Stadium from August 14-18, 2023.
Group A will be played at the Estadio Municipal de Beisbol "Mie Nishi" in Sao Paulo between hosts Brazil, Czech Republic, Great Britain, New Zealand, Chinese Taipei and one representative of the five top teams from the Americas Qualifier.
Group C will be hosted by Team USA at "The Village Dallas" in Dallas, Texas and also feature Australia, the Philippines and two representatives from the Americas Qualifier.
The top two teams from each group plus two wild cards will advance to the U18 Women's Softball World Cup FInals which take place during the summer of 2025 at "The Village Dallas" in Dallas, Texas.
