Rain suspends Italian Baseball League Week 3

ROME – Grosseto and Rimini escaped the rain that plagued the rest of the Italian Baseball League in Week 3. 

Rimini took the first two games, 2-0 and 5-1, while Grosseto put an end to Rimini’s hopes of a full sweep, taking the final game 6-4.

Nettuno knocked out Novara 15-1 on Friday and followed with a 4-2 win in game 2, before rain stormed onto the seen in Novara. 

Parma and San Marino will try to recuperate some of their series today, while Bologna and Godo will do the same.
