Having hosted workouts in Bologna, Modena, and Riccione, Team Italy Juveniles manager Stefano Burato extends his search to San Bonifacio on May 16, 2021 when he welcomes 21 new players to try out for the Azzurrini U12 baseball squad. The Italian skipper must narrow down his selections prior to the , which is scheduled to take place in Mortsel, Belgium from July 6-10, 2021. He will be assisted by coaches Ivano Licciardi and Simona Conti as well as pitching coach Alessandro Rosa Colombo and hitting coach Alberto Furlani.
