Team Italy softball senior elite and U22 squads unite in Saronno for workout and exhibition game on June 14, 2022
In preparation for the European Softball Championships, the Team Italy women’s softball senior elite and U22 squads gather in Saronno for a morning workout followed by a 5 pm exhibition game against Serie A1’s Inox Team on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
Saronno will host 13 players from both the Team Italy women’s softball senior elite and U22 squads for a morning of extensive athletic and physical tests on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The chosen group of 26 players will be under the guidance and supervision of Team Italy senior manager Federico Pizzolini and U22 manager Andrea Longagnani. The combined squad of promising softball prospects will later play an exhibition game against Serie A1’s Inox Team later that day at 5 pm.
