Greece, Ukraine, Russia and Slovakia qualify for Seniors European Baseball Championship in Piemonte

Winners in their respective Euro Baseball Championship Qualifiers in Utena, Belgrade, Moscow and Bratislava, Greece, Ukraine, Russia and Slovakia have earned the right to join the other 12 countries in the Seniors European Baseball Championship in Piemonte from September 12-19, 2021

Greece, Ukraine, Russia and Slovakia have qualified to play in the Seniors European Baseball Championship on the diamonds of Torino, Settimo Torinese and Avigliana in the Piemonte region of Italy from September 12-19, 2021.

Under the leadership of head coach Rye Pothakos, Greece opens round-robin play with the daunting task of facing Team Italy at Valter Aluffi Stadium in Settimo Torinese on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 3 pm (local time).

The 2021 Euro Baseball Championship is broken into four groups

GROUP A: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Greece

GROUP B: Spain, Croatia, Germany, Ukraine

GROUP C: Israel, United Kingdom, France, Russia

GROUP D: Kingdom of the Netherlands, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia
