According to the Ticketsms.it website, the European Baseball Championship will respect all the health and safety protocols necessary to successfully implement the enforcement of the recent law enacted in Italy on August 6, 2021, which increased the maximum capacity allowed in sports facilities in the white area to 50% so long all spectators possess a COVID-19 European Green Certification (Green Pass) or equivalent certifications as indicated by the Circular of the Ministry of Health on July 30, 2021.
After purchasing tickets on the Ticketsms.it website, individuals must also meet certain criteria order to gain entrance into the European Baseball Championship. Spectators must meet the following conditions for Green Pass EU certification including: double dose or completed vaccination; at least 12 days after completion of first dose; molecular swab or certified negative antigen test carried out within 48 hours prior to the event; or having certified healing from COVID-19 within 180 days and show a valid proof of identity document at the request of the access control officer.
For non-EU spectators, the certifications are valid as indicated in the aforementioned Circular of the Ministry of Health on July 30, 2021 and must report at least the following contents: identification data of the owner (name, surname, date of birth); data relating to the vaccine (name and lot); date (s) of administration of the vaccine; identification data of the person who issued the certificate (State, Health Authority). Vaccination certifications, in paper and / or digital format, must be drawn up in at least one of the following languages: Italian; English; French; Spanish. If the certificate was not issued in one of the four languages indicated, it is necessary which is accompanied by a sworn translation.
The validity of vaccination certificates is the same as for the COVID-19 green certification (EU digital COVID certificate) issued by the Italian state. For the above uses, the vaccines currently accepted in Italy and authorized by EMA are: Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNtech); Spikevax (Moderna); Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca); Janssen (Johnson & Johnson).
The healing certifications must contain at least the following contents: identification data of the owner (name, surname, date of birth); information on the holder's previous SARS-CoV-2 infection, following a test positive (date of first positive swab); identification data of the person who issued the certificate (State, Health Authority).
All healing certifications, in paper and / or digital format, must be accompanied from a sworn translation. The validity of the healing certificates is the same as for the COVID-19 green certification (EU digital COVID certificate) issued by the Italian state.
Ticket sales for the European Baseball Championship are being carried out in two phases. Daily entrance tickets, which allow fans to watch all games on the same day in each at one of the baseball stadiums in Avigliana, Settimo Torinese or Torino, are now on sale. However, tickets for the second round will go on sale soon so it is advised to register at ticketsms.it or download the ticketsms.it app in the Apple Store and GooglePlay to be alerted as to when tickets become available.
