While Czech Republic (1-2) and Kingdom of the Netherlands (2-1) picked up wins on day four of the U18 European Baseball Championship, Austria (0-3) and France (1-2) ended up losing their games.
In the only Group B game scheduled on July 8, 2021, Czech Republic won its first Euro Championship game with a 10-6 victory over winless Austria in Macerata.

After suffering a 7-5 loss to Group A leader Team Italy in Macerata the night prior, Kingdom of the Netherlands rebounded with a 11-7 win over France in Montegranaro.

The two top teams from the U18 European Baseball Championship qualify for the U18 Baseball World Cup from September 10-19, 2021 at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida.
