Team Italy youth softball pitchers and catchers train in Collecchio and Modena

Beginning Sunday, November 13, 2022 and continuing on selected dates through Sunday, March 12, 2023, the top Team Italy youth softball prospects will refine their skills in Collecchio and Modena

The 2022-2023 training program for Team Italy youth softball pitchers and catchers begins on Sunday, November 13, 2022 in Collecchio under the guidance of manager Marco Villani. Seven pitchers and three catchers have been selected to participate. Coaches Sara Dall’Alpi, Diego Drigani, Stefano Filippini and Andrea Longagnani as well as FIBS Vice President Roberta Soldi will also offer their assistance.

After the initial date in Collecchio, the training moves to Modena on Sunday, November 27, 2022 before returning to Collecchio on Sunday, December 4, 2022. The 2023 campaign continues in Collecchio on Sunday, January 15, 2023 and Sunday, February 5, 2023. Modena hosts the training on Sunday, February 26, 2023, and the final workout takes place in Collecchio.on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
