The Italian American Baseball Foundation (IABF) is being honored by the New York Mets as the Non-Profit of the Game at Citi Field on Sunday, May 31, 2020. The IABF will receive a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold through the following LINK by May 1. The first 15,000 fans in attendance at Citi Field will receive a limited-edition player poster.
Cheer on Team Italy and New York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo while supporting the only 501(c)(3) charity foundation committed to developing and promoting baseball and softball in the United States and Italy. The New York Mets host the Los Angeles Dodgers and the newly-acquired Mookie Betts on May 31 so it will definitely be a game not to be missed.
The IABF supports both American and Italian youth baseball programs through equipment donations, clinics, camps, individual training and scholarships. First pitch to the Los Angeles Dodgers is set for 7:09 pm so get to the ballpark early to catch all the Italian Heritage Day pregame festivities at Citi Field. Forza #Italia!
