Coaches training camp opens up in Rome

ROME – Training camp for aspiring coaches and managers began over the weekend at Rome’s Aqua Acetosa stadium.

The bi-weekly program will last until February 13 and will cover “all the bases”.

Each session will typically run through 2-3 hours of chalk talk and/or field work.

Twenty-seven prospective coaches registered for the four month semester and will hope to apply their newly acquired and polished skills in time for spring training with their local teams.
