ROME – The online registration is set to open on November 1st for baseball and softball clubs under the umbrella of the Italian Baseball Softball Federation.
Front offices of the clubs up and down the ladder, from the Italian Baseball- and Softball Leagues all the way down to the Serie C, will need to register their intention to play on the 2013 Italian circuit.
No surprises are expected in the IBL, as FIBS has done away with the promotion/regulation system found throughout Europe.
Teams in the IBL and ISL will need to confirm they are again going to compete in the highest national level by November 30.
Declarations for Serie A and B leagues will be due by December 15, while Serie C and the youth leagues will have until January 15 to register their intentions formally.
