ROME, IT--An analysis of the numbers recorded by www.fibs.it revealed that March 2011 saw 114,014 visits (3,678 per day) to the website that governs baseball and softball in Italy.
The data were derived from 31,998 unique users (or rather individual IP addresses), demonstrating an 18% increase in new users finding the FIBS website.
March 28th was the most heavily trafficked day, registering 5,219 visits
The single most viewed content during this period was of the interview with Seattle Mariner minor league player Alex Liddi.
Close to 94% of visits of the FIBS website come from within Italy. The visits come from 95 countries, with the United States of America registering the most visits, totaling 2.34% of all traffic.
